Water
When you’re managing potable water projects, you need confidence that your contractor will do the job right. Bandera’s long-standing relationships with Texas cities and municipalities demonstrate the trust we’ve built over three generations. When it comes to strict regulatory standards, budget and schedule, we leave nothing to chance. Our clean-water construction services include fire suppression, raw water transmission, distribution piping and pumping. Additionally, we are qualified to install underground water supply piping for fire suppression systems. Our team satisfies all of the Texas Department of Insurance State Fire Marshal’s Office requirements.

The Alexan Cathedral Arts
The Alexan is a 384-unit apartment complex in historic East Dallas. The land used for the development was originally part of the St. Matthew's Cathedral campus. In 2021, St. Mathew’s sold four acres of land to bring much-needed housing to the city. A portion of the units are designated as affordable housing. The old and the new join forces in this remarkable development to create a welcoming and inclusive community. Residents here can simply step outside of their modern apartment building to enjoy the scenic Katy Trail, outdoor concert spaces and a bustling retail district.

Chief Executive Officer
Jason partnered with several others on the team to start Bandera in 2010. Jason is a natural problem solver and brings proven leadership experience to his role as CEO.
After earning a Bachelors in Accounting from Texas Tech University, Jason started his career at Llano Utility Services, Inc. where he moved up the ranks until he served as the Chief Financial Officer.
Jason is a devoted husband and father. He enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife Stacy and his two daughters.
